Plain-language summary: We store the information you give these tools so you can pick up where you left off and, if you choose, share it with your VisionOne coach. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

VisionOne Career Hub is operated by VisionOne High Performance Group ("VisionOne," "we"). These tools help job seekers search for, prepare for, and negotiate job opportunities.

Information we collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Microsoft or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from that provider. We never see your password.
• Information you provide — résumés, job descriptions, cover letters, interview responses, assessment/TriMetrix results, compensation inputs, LinkedIn handle, and any notes or documents you upload or type into the tools.
• Coaching notes — if you work with a VisionOne coach, notes they add about your sessions.
• Basic usage data — standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To power the tools you use (tailoring résumés, mock interviews, coaching summaries, job search, compensation analysis).
• To save your workspace so it persists across sessions and devices.
• To let your assigned VisionOne coach view your workspace and progress — only if you choose to work with a coach and consent to it.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

AI processing

To generate results, the text you provide is processed by trusted AI services — Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and/or OpenAI — under their enterprise API terms. These providers do not use your data to train their models in this configuration. Please avoid entering information you don't want processed by an AI service.

Where your data is stored

Your workspace is stored in Microsoft Azure (United States), encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to the service and — with your consent — your coach.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with: the AI providers above (to run the tools), Microsoft Azure (hosting), and your VisionOne coach if you opt in. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices & rights

• Access, correct, or export the information in your workspace.
• Request deletion of your account and data at any time.
• Withdraw a coach's access to your workspace.

Data retention

We keep your workspace while your account is active. If you request deletion or your account is inactive for an extended period, we remove your data.
